TUF-2000S Fixed Ultrasonic Flow Meter
The TUF-2000S fixed ultrasonic flow meter is engineered to measure liquid flow in closed pipelines without contacting the fluid.
Its clamp-on transducers mount directly to the outside of the pipe, keeping sensors clean and maintenance-free.
Installation is fast and non-invasive—no cutting or drilling—making it a highly economical solution for DN15 to DN6000 pipe sizes.
How It Works
Operating on the transit-time principle, a pair of transducers (transmit and receive) are installed on the pipe exterior using
W, V, or Z method depending on pipe diameter and liquid properties. An ultrasonic signal sent through the flowing liquid
experiences a small time difference (ΔT) in the direction of flow versus against it. This time delta is directly proportional to flow velocity,
enabling accurate and stable flow measurement in real time.
