1. General Information
Dimens provides industrial measurement and control instruments manufactured to the highest quality standards. Each product is thoroughly inspected before shipment to ensure full compliance with our performance and safety criteria. While it is extremely rare, production or shipping-related issues may occasionally occur. Customer satisfaction remains our top priority.
2. Return Conditions
- Returns are accepted only for defective or damaged products caused by manufacturing or shipping errors.
- For international orders, returns are not accepted in cases where there is no functional problem with the product (e.g., wrong selection, preference change, or compatibility concerns).
- Return requests must be submitted within 14 days from the date of delivery.
- Products must be returned in their original packaging, with all accessories, invoice, and documentation included.
- After technical inspection, if a manufacturing defect is confirmed, the product will be replaced or an equivalent solution will be offered.
- Returns will not be accepted in cases of improper use, incorrect installation, unsuitable operating conditions, or physical damage.
- Custom-made or configured products are excluded from the return policy.
3. Exchange Policy
- Faulty products may be exchanged for the same model following technical evaluation.
- If the same model is not available in stock, an equivalent product offer will be provided.
- Exchange procedures are carried out only after official approval from our technical team.
